Show Trip:
If you would like to visit Mae Phim you can book a show trip for thee to ten days.The cost of the show trip will be refunded when you purchase a house.

To book a plot of land:
To secure your choice of a plot of land, you pay 200,000 THB deposit.

Payment Steps:
  1.When the contract has been signed, the buyer pays up to 25% of the total purchase amount.
  2. When the foundation work has been completed, the buyer pays up to 50% of the total purchase amount.
  3. When the optional choices have been agreed upon, the buyer pays the additional cost in full amount.
  4. When the construction work for the roof of the house has been completed, the buyer pays up to 75% of the total purchase amount.
  5.When the final inspection is done and approved, the buyer pays up to 100% of the total purchase amount.

Contract:
Three contracts will be drawn between the seller and the buyer.
 1.Land lease contract : The leasing agreement for the land. The agreement is binding and lies as the ground for the Land Lease Contract that will be drawn at the land office in Thailand.
 2.Construction contract : The agreement of the construction. The buyer gives the seller the permission to build the house.
 3.Service contract : The agreement of what service and maintenance Cape Mae Phim will provide to the buyer in the project for the period of three years. After three years the community will decide what sevice level and fee they want.

This is land lease:
In Thailand, foreigners can own apartments and houses, but not land. With the land lease contract, which will be registered at the Thai Authority Land Office, you will have the right to your plot of land for 30+30+30 years.
